Refund Policy
The short version: cancel anytime, every charge — first payment or renewal — refundable for 14 days.
Your claim is an annual subscription with no lock-in. Cancel in one click from the Paddle customer portal (linked in every receipt). Your plate stays held until the end of the period you already paid for, then returns to open automatically. Your position in the index is not affected — that's decided by the algorithm, not by payment.
Ask within 14 days of any charge — your first payment or a renewal — and we refund it in full, no questions asked, no exceptions or conditions. No need to cancel before renewal to protect a refund; the 14-day window applies every time you're billed.
Tributes are refundable in full for 14 days after purchase, same as a claim. If your tribute has a future activation date beyond that, it stays refundable up until the activation date too — whichever is later.
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the contact form with the email you purchased with. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) — they handle taxes, invoices and the actual refund transfer, typically within 5–10 business days.
