Refund Policy
The short version: cancel anytime, first charge refundable for 14 days.
Your claim is an annual subscription with no lock-in. Cancel in one click from the Paddle customer portal (linked in every receipt). Your plate stays held until the end of the period you already paid for, then returns to open automatically. Your position in the index is not affected — that's decided by the algorithm, not by payment.
If you claim your plate and regret it, ask within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full — no questions, no retention flow. Renewal charges are not refundable (cancel before renewal instead), except where required by law.
Tribute plates with a future activation date are refundable in full until the activation date. Once a tribute is live (and its Certificate of Posterity issued), it is no longer refundable.
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the contact form with the email you purchased with. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) — they handle taxes, invoices and the actual refund transfer, typically within 5–10 business days.
